This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Stevenson of Milton in the County of Derby ,farmer,whereby I appoint my son Thomas Stevenson ,my daughter Maud Mary Flint the wife of Samuel Flint of Potlock House Findern in the said county of Derby,farmer and Reginald William sale of 15 Ir on gate in the county borough of Derby solicitor to be the executrex and executors of this my will. I direct the payment of all my just depts ,funeral and testamentary and executorship expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.I give my oak bureau to my said daughter Maud Mary Flint.I give and bequeath all the residue of my estate both real and personal unto my wife Selina Stevenson absolutely .
