This is the last will and testament of me Maria Wayte of Wi llington. I give and bequeath my needlework ottomen to my n eice Annie Reynolds. My needlework chair to my niece Gertru de Dakin. Two dresden china candleabra to my friend Dr Herb ert Cronk of Repton. Executers William Gilman of Derby ,New spaper sub editor and Fredrick Mander of Derby aforesaid Ho tel manager to be given 5 quineas free from legacy duty a s a slight acknowledgment of their trouble in executing th e trusts of this my will.
I give 12/ 18 parts or shares there of to my neice Annie Re ynolds for her sole and separate use absolutely. I give 2 / 18 parts or shares to my neice Caroline Grammer now residin g in London for her sole and separate use absolutely. and a s to the remaining 4/ 18 parts or shares unto my great niec es and nephews Constance Reynolds, Edwin Reynolds,Annie Rey nolds the younger and Vera Grammer Reynolds the children o f my said niece Annie Reynolds in equal shares.

In addition to the legacies bequeathed, I give and bequeat h the legacy or sum of £50 to my niece Maria Stevenson wh o is now living with me,such legacy to be paid to her fre e from legacy duty.
