This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Wayte of W illington in the county of Derby farmer.
Legacy sum of £50 to be paid within 1calender month after m y decease and all my houdehold goods and furniture ,plate,l inen,china,glass,books,pictures,prints and other effects o f a like nature which shall at my decease being in and abou t my dwelling house to my dear wife Maria Wayte absolutely. I give devise and bequeath all my real estate whatsoever an d wheresoever and all the rest and residue of my personal e state of what nature or kind unto my said wife Maria Wayte , Thomas Stevenson of Milton farmer and Edward Robinson o f Derby solicitor clerk upon trust to either sell my said r eal estate either by public auction or private contract.
All benifits of Stocks and shares to his wife untill afte r her death then
£100 to Annie Reynolds of 5 Rynedale Road Stoke Newington.£ 100 to Gertrude Grammer mow living with me absolutely,the r est between all of the children of my brother William Wayte ,children of my late sister Edith Watson the children of th e late Richard Stevenson and the children of Mary grammer t he children of Sarah Ann Camp the children of Thomas Steven son the children of Edward Stevenson the children of Jemim a Husbands the children of Charles Stevenson the children o f William Stevenson the brothers and sisters of my said wif e Maria Wayte in equal shares.
