This is the last will and testament of me Selina Stevenson of Milton in the county of Derby.

I appoint my son in law Samuel Flint of Potlock House Findern in the county of Derby, farmer, and my brother in law Edward Stevenson of Ingl eby in the county of Derby ,farmer.To each of my trustees i f they shall act as the executors and trustees of this my w ill £5.To my son Wilfred Arthur Stevenson of Ticknall in the county of Derby ,butcher £50 and to my daughter Maud Mar y Flint (wife of the said Samuel Flint )£100. The residue o f estate after depts and funeral expenses have been paid ,t o my sons Thomas Stevenson and Percy Stevenson in equal sha res as tenants in common provided always that if either o f my said sons Thomas Stevenson or Percy Stevanson shall di e in my life time their children will take their share,or i f no children then the other child to take their share.
